Conclusion

After looking at the basic spec sheet, we can understand that there are not many technical differences between the iMac and the Pro model. Apple’s most powerful machine is being defeated by its non-pro sibling lately. The iMac Pro (basic model) is costing around $5000, and the non-pro model is available for $1800.

There is a significant ($3200) difference in the costs of the two devices’ basic model, while the features and the technical configuration are nearly similar. The iMac is highly adaptable and has room for large expansions regarding the processors, memory, and the graphics unit attracts most consumers. The leftover money ($3200) can be used to configure the iMac to match the iMac Pro.

This is the reason Apple is not interested in producing iMac Pro anymore. Therefore, in my opinion, the iMac is a better option than the iMac Pro.
