They get 12 cases and they have to clear them on their own with history and physical examination and have to type the patient notes with making a differential diagnosis and formulate an examination plan.CK-Again the MCQ pattern is here and it involves final year subjects with psychiatry and biostatistics.USMLE Step 3This is a Final stage where the candidates have to essentially get ready like the Step 2 CK.There are questions from Eye, ENT, and Dermatology.
However, the proportion of the same is low as compared to the other subjects.After the candidate’s Step1, CS and CK are cleared they can apply for residency and can give step 3.
But they all need to compulsorily must clear Step1, CS, and CK before they apply.There is no order as to when to come into view for the exam.
