The most ancient style of painting. Maharana Kumbha was particularly instrumental in developing the Mewar style. This painting style is an early and original form of Rajasthani painting. The earliest paintings in Mewar were received from the book 'Shravak Pratimraman Sutra Churni' (Savage Padikaman Sut Chunni), in 1260 AD. This book was depicted during the time of King Tej Singh. It is the oldest painted text of the Mewar style. The second book 'Supasnah Chariyam' (Parsvanath Charitra) was depicted in Delwara in 1423 AD. Keshav's Rasik Priya and Geet Govind are prominent examples of the Mewar style. Kishan Singh, the 9th son of Uday Singh, founded the separate state of Kishangarh in 1609 AD. The king of this place was Dixit in the Vallabh sect, so Radha-Krishna's pastimes were manifested through plurality in the form of illustration. (1643-1748 AD) There was a gradual development of poetry and Jaipuri Painting.

Painters like Bhanwarlal, Soradhwaj, etc. greatly increased it. The Kishangarh style became famous due to its Jaipuri Painting. Raj Singh made the painter Nihalchand the manager of the painting. Cal King Savntsihn (1748- 1764 AD.) In terms of Kishangarh style golden can be added. He was a good painter himself and was a person of religious nature. A servant brought from the end of Delhi by her mother, Drama, got into her mind. The name of this beauty was Bani-Thani. Soon it became his pastor. The painter's love of Nagaridas Ji, singing, music love of Bani-Thani, and the painter of artist Mordhwaj Nihalchand made the painting of Kishangarh to the top. Nagaridas's girlfriend Bani-Thani is inscribed as Radha. The supernaturalism of the Kishangarh style gradually began to dissolve and the distorted form began to emerge. In the 19th century, pictures of Prithvi Singh's time (1840–1880 AD) are visible. Leaving its immortal history behind, the Kishangarh style gradually declined.
