What is the cause of Parkinson's and how to stop it?
Parkinson's is caused by the loss of dopamine-producing nerve cells responsible for the motor and coordination function of the body. Lack of these nerve cells reduces motor control, tremors, speech impairment, and gradual cognitive decline.

In Parkinson's, it's hard to find the root cause of the disease, which is why we lose the never cells. Potential causes include a combination of genetic and environmental factors.

The saddest part of Parkinson's is that by the time it is diagnosed, almost 80% of the dopamine-producing nerve cells are destroyed or damaged forever. Which means it's hard to stop the onset of Parkinson's.

Many clinical trials are done in labs by the researchers to help them find if
stem cell treatment is a viable method to treat Parkinson's. Hopefully, soon we will have a way to reduce, stop and possibly reverse the effect caused by Parkinson's and other neurodegenerative diseases.
