There are no set guidelines or rules for success in direct sales – there’s just innovation and adaptation.

Direct selling news has announced the customer-centric companies list in the customer-centric recognition program. The companies were awarded for leading a sustainable customer-centric approach and also for prioritizing customer sales. The companies were analyzed based on the customer-distributor ratio. Also, Direct Selling News has surveyed the companies that are in the business for at least one year and with a minimum revenue of $5 million.

Direct selling companies are achieving immense growth being customer-centric not only providing success to customers but also for the distributors. The winning companies must have a ratio of 5:1 or 10:1. There were two categories. Gold categorized companies must have a ratio of 5:1 i.e; 5-10 customers to one distributor. The companies that achieved the gold status are MONAT GLOBAL,  Neora, Perfectly Posh, and Total Life Changes. Platinum categorized companies should have a ratio of 10:1 i.e; 10 or more customers to one or more distributors. The winning companies in this category are ACN, Bhip Global, It Works, Stream/Kynect, Nu Skin, Le-Vel, and Scentsy.
