The Huawei Mate X was seen in the hands of the CEO of Huawei

The CEO of Huawei, which uses the Mate X as its main phone, told reporters that we have to wait for the release of the Mate X for now.

In March, following the unveiling of the Huawei P30 Series, Richard Yu, CEO of Huawei Customer Affairs, appeared at a press conference. At that meeting, he mentioned that the Mate X was his main phone and did a very good job of doing things related to work, such as viewing charts and graphs and browsing. Since then, Huawei has decided to delay the release date of its first clamshell phone to prevent possible hardware glitches, such as what happened to Samsung's Galaxy Fold.

While we wait for this product to be released to the market, a number of Chinese reporters have seen Yu at Shenzhen International Airport with their Huawei Mate X. When asked about the release of this product, he replied without giving further details: "We have to wait for now."

The Mate X recently received the TENAA license and was previously scheduled to be released in September this year.

According to other reports, the device is in the final testing phase and may be available in China from August; But its global release may be much later.
