The gaming world is getting better as Windows Xbox is coming with good news. The gamers always feel the need for this superb feature to be introduced in the games. Microsoft is now allowing gamers to try out the game before purchase.

Microsoft will soon allow you to play Xbox games without having to download them. The software giant intends to integrate its cloud gaming service (Xcloud) deeper into the Xbox ecosystem so that features such as game streaming will be available to users of Xbox consoles and the Xbox app on PC, among others. The try before you buy feature will be available through the Xbox dashboard, which has been updated as part of the software update for Xbox consoles and the Xbox PC app.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and Xbox head Phil Spencer made a slew of Xbox-related announcements ahead of the E3 conference, the world’s largest gaming event, which begins on June 12.

The Joint Conference of Microsoft and Bethesda will be streamed to the Xbox Twitch, and YouTube official channels live. Both companies expect a lot to announce their Xbox Game Studios, Bethesda, and worldwide third-party partners for upcoming games.

Ubisoft Forward will kick off this year’s E3, and the event is expected to showcase and detail several upcoming games. For Honor, Watch Dogs: Legion and The Crew 2 are all set to receive updates.

Extraction, the next game in the Rainbow Six franchise, will also be revealed at the event. We can also expect previously announced titles such as Far Cry 6 and Riders Republic to make an appearance.

Ubisoft will also provide updates on its film and television divisions, as well as additional content previews for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Rainbow Six Siege.

Among several announcements, including a gaming stick for Xbox games and a dedicated app for smart TVs that will eliminate the need for a console to play games, Microsoft stated its intention to streamline the Xbox gaming ecosystem to make it easier for users to play games instantly with the help of cloud gaming. This will primarily benefit users who want to see if a game is worth purchasing before making a purchase.

Kareem Choudhry, Microsoft’s Cloud gaming head, said: “We shall add cloud play directly to the PC app and integrated with our console experiences to shed light on various scenarios, such as ‘Try Before Download’”

Cloud gaming on Xbox consoles and PCs will also allow Microsoft to collect more information about the level of interest in a specific game. Aside from that, it will be good news for impatient users who cannot wait hours for games to download. Games on Xbox consoles are typically 100GB in size, and downloading them can take hours if you do not plan ahead of time. By allowing the try-outs, Microsoft may simply reduce the level of impatience. On the day of their release, Xbox users will be able to immediately begin playing games.

Spencer emphasized that its xCloud gaming platform will bridge the gap between platforms such as console, PC, and cloud in order to offer games on multiple platforms at the same time. Spencer said during the session: “Others bring pc console games years later, not just forcing people to buy the hardware in advance, but also charging them to play on the PC again. Of course, he’s referring to Sony, which releases PlayStation games on PC years after they hit the console. In addition, the PC versions are priced separately.

Microsoft already has a leg up on Sony in terms of cross-platform game accessibility. It has a cloud service, and the majority of its Xbox games are available on both consoles and PCs. Sony’s PlayStation games are primarily focused on consoles before users migrate to the cloud and PC.
