Following an accident, many wonder if they should hire a Thousand Oaks motorcycle accident lawyer or handle the matter on your own.
The answer to this question depends on one simple thing—do you have any injuries?
If you answered yes to that (which is more than likely given that it was a bike crash) then you should absolutely search for the best Thousand Oaks motorcycle accident attorney for you.
And if you answered no to it, then you can probably handle the repairs working with the insurance company on your own.
The reason for the distinction is simple—while insurance companies will give you a fair payout for the damage or replacement of your bike, they won’t extend the same courtesy when it comes to paying for the personal impact the accident has had on your life.
