1) Corn Flour Paste

It is the biggest healer of mouth ulcers. Just take 1 tbsp of cornflour and 1 tbsp of water, mix it properly and apply it on your sores for 4-6 hours or the whole night, and after that wash your mouth with water.

2) Fenugreek seeds

Boil fenugreek seeds ( methi dana) in water, remove the seeds, and gargle your mouth with this water 2-3 times a day, you can even drink this water, it is not harmful.

3) Turmeric Paste

Turmeric is an ayurvedic healer and heals almost everything, it has anti-inflammatory which help to get rid of ulcers pain, it even boosts the immune system. Just take a pinch of Turmeric powder and little water to make a thick paste, you also mix it glycerin, and apply this paste on the infected part for some time and then rinse your mouth properly, you can do this at any time but it will be more useful to do in the morning and night before sleeping.

 

4) Red Rice water or Tandulodaka

Tandulodaka is the part of Ayurveda Granth which tells about the removal of heat from the body. It has the tendency to cure ulcers as well as it is rich in vitamin B too. Take 10 gm of rice, use red rice or semi brown rice for this purpose, grind it coarsely with mortar and pestle and put in the mud glass, cup or pot and pour 60 ml water( normal water) over it, cover it and leave it undisturbed for 4-6 hours, after filter the rice water in a glass and drink it. Remember to neither freeze the water nor put any ice cubes in it. Just drink it like that.

5) Tulsi leaves

Its divine and medicinal properties help to get rid of mouth ulcers immediately. Just chew some leaves and drink water after it.

 

6) Aloe Vera

Pluck  Aloe vera directly from the plant and apply its gel or drink Aloe vera juice, it has anti-inflammatory properties which help to prevent ulcers.

 

Lastly, Ulcers can be permanently prevented if you take care of certain things like avoid certain acidic viands, chilies, processed foods, aerated drinks, deep-fried foods, alcohol, quit smoking. Have a proper timetable, sleep, and don’t take unnecessary stress.
