Is It Legal to Add Sign Boards At Local Places or Boards

One and the same design can be recognized by one court as a sign, and by another as an advertisement, with all the ensuing consequences

In total, to place outdoor advertising you need:

  • Obtain the written consent of the owner to place the advertising structure on the property belonging to him.
  • Apply to local authorities with an application for a permit.
  • Coordinate advertising placement with the architectural service and the city improvement committee (independently or through the local administration).
  • Conclude an agreement with the owner of the real estate where the advertisement will be placed. Pay the state duty for issuing permission to install an advertising structure.
