During standing postures, you should position your face towards the east direction. during laying position, you should place your feet towards the east or north direction and during meditation, you should choose the northeast direction. This will help you get more health benefits.

 

Intake food rules

You should give your food habits the same attention you give to yoga poses to make your body energetic and fit. Your eating habits give an impact on your thought process. You should be wary of the type of food you eat since it will translate to the same type of reaction your mind will give.

 

Do not eat acidic, spicy or stale food. Always eat essential, pure, vital, natural and energy-containing food. You should also take a glass of lukewarm water at least fifteen minutes before starting your practice. This will remove inside stuck impurity and you should do yoga before half an hour of taking your meal or after four hours of taking your meal. You should consult with an expert if you are suffering from any disease to know the type of food you should eat.

 

Know the best time to practice yoga
