When we talk about the Paleo-Hebrew Leviticus Scroll, it is typically an ancient text well-preservedin one of the Qumran groups of caves. It usually delivers different sight of the script used previously by the nation of Israel in writing Torah scrolls during its pre-exilic history. The incomplete remains of the Torah scroll areprinted in the Paleo-Hebrew script and were found reserved in a cave at QumranCave 11, by a Bedouin in 1956, showing a portion of Leviticus.

The Paleo-Hebrew Leviticus Scroll was considered as one of the last of these discoveriesdiscovered in a caveby local Bedouins of the Taʿamireh clan. It had been hidden along with other manuscripts like the Great Psalms Scroll (11QPs), the Temple Scroll (11QT),and the paleo-Hebrew Leviticus scrollin "Qumran Cave 11, about 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) north of Khirbet Qumran. The cave’s entrypoint had been sealed-off with fallen wreckage and large rocks as well as the cave's roof had also collapsed. So it was unreachable for many centuries.

The Leviticus Scroll (11Q1 Plate 1039/3) includes the last several chapters of the Book of Leviticus, specifically Leviticus 22-27. When it comes to the original scroll, it dates back to a time between late 2nd-century BCE to early 1st-century B.C.E and other place its writing in the 1st-century CE.

As we mentioned above that this scroll was written in paleo-Hebrewwhich is a form of ancient Hebrew script. You should know that the original scroll was finished from goatskin with the text engraved on the grain side of the skin. Talking about the written pattern of the text in this scroll, it is simply indicated that it was written by a single experienced scribe.
