The secret of t in Indonesia has been revealed

Digital Agricultural Technology Digital
agricultural technology is now increasingly determining agriculture. In addition to more efficient operation, it can also reduce environmental pollution and improve animal rearing conditions.
Young farmers especially need digital competence skills to manage their farms as efficiently and as best as possible.
Precision farming leads to much more targeted sowing, fertilization and irrigation of the fields. Autonomous harvesting machines are not a dream of the future but the future of agriculture is digital where robots can milk cows, map fields using drones, and sensors measure soil nutrient content and vital data on animals.
Like most in other industries, it's primarily about increasing efficiency and optimizing your own operations. However, topics such as sustainability and environmentally friendly management are also increasingly becoming the focus of farmers.
Balancing between the two aspects, namely efficiency and environmental protection, is very important. As the challenges for the agricultural sector are increasing and it applies to all over the world. Experts predict that in the coming year the number of people who must be fed will increase. This indicates that more food will have to be produced in a world with less land and natural resources. few in number, for that digital agricultural transformation is the key.

Implementation of Digital Agricultural Technology
Many farmers today are transforming their agriculture in the form of digital agriculture as seen from several major countries in the world that have used the application of agriculture in digital form to streamline their agricultural businesses, for example in European countries such as Germany which have used technology and digital applications such as high-tech agricultural machines, agricultural applications, sensors, robots and drones.
Another example that has used agricultural technology is one of the Asian countries, namely Japan, where the Japanese state has succeeded in creating sophisticated agricultural technologies to help manage and process agriculture so efficiently with maximum results and in a relatively short time than agriculture with traditional style as usual, one example is the unmanned tractor, planting machine and harvesting machine used by the country's farmers, meanwhile to repel pests Japan uses LED light technology as a deterrent if there are pests.
The reason why agricultural digitization is important is because the main advantage of digitalization for farmers is higher production efficiency and can help farmers work relatively quickly and easily. Almost all respondents said that digital technology helps save fertilizers, pesticides and other resources. A good two-thirds emphasized that digitization is in principle a great opportunity for more sustainable agriculture and can contribute to improving animal welfare.
Even if nearly three-quarters of farms generally see an opportunity in digitization, six out of ten farmers also point to the main challenges associated with it. First and foremost are the investment costs associated with digitization. Willingness to take money in hand is likely to be low, especially in uncertain times such as the corona crisis that is sweeping the world as it is today.
Digital techniques in agriculture The
range of digital possibilities in agriculture is expanding. This starts, for example, with data-driven farm management: automated documentation saves time and leads to transparent and efficient operating processes. With the help of data analysis, travel and operating time, machine and operating resources as well as important cost drivers can be identified in detail and thus can be planned accordingly. Therefore, smart data is the main task for smart farm management, experts say.
Precision agriculture is also about data: Agricultural experts consider “region-specific cultivation” of fields one of the most promising approaches to more sustainable and efficient agriculture. Since most of the land has uneven soil conditions, small-scale cultivation is much more useful than plowing evenly.
As an agricultural country, Indonesian farmers certainly know agricultural tools like other agricultural countries. Some are still using traditional tools, some are already using modern agricultural tools.

Broadly speaking, modern agricultural tools are divided into three categories. First, agricultural tools used before the seeds are planted. Second, the agricultural tools used when caring for seedlings are growing and developing. Third, agricultural tools used when harvesting.

Tools used to loosen the soil

1. Tractor

Tractors are agricultural tools that are most often used to cultivate soil for Indonesian agriculture. This tractor engine has two sizes, namely small and large. Based on the wheels, tractors have 2 types, namely tractors with chain wheels which are commonly used in muddy soil conditions and tractors with two wheels which are commonly used in dry soil conditions.

2. Rotavator

Rotavator is one of the tools used to carry out the first and second tillage. For the first tillage, it is useful to cut, chop, and turn the soil. Meanwhile, for the second tillage, this tool is used to tidy up the soil, remove nuisance plants, and improve water management.

3. Singkal plow

The singkal plow is a soil processing tool that functions to turn the soil. There are 2 types of singkal plows, namely 1-way plows and 2-way plows.

4. The comb

rake is used for tillage after processing using the singkal plow. Usually this tool is used in rice fields when it is wet so that the soil in the form of lumps can be loose.

5. Plate harrowing Plate

harrowing is usually used for tillage before planting, namely to clear the grass on the planting area. In addition, it is also used during post-planting processing, which is to cover the seeds that have been sown with soil.

6. Subsoil plow The subsoil

plow is usually used to break soil to a depth of 20 to 36 inches for trenches in planted fields.

Tools used for planting and care

Traditionally, for small plots of land farmers plant using human labor. However, for large areas of land, an agricultural machine is needed whose function is to insert seeds into the loosened soil. Here are some of the well-known planting machines.

- Rice planting machines
- Corn planting machines
- Potato planting machines

After planting, the next step is to take care of the plants until they are ready for harvest, as well as the fertilization and irrigation process. For this process, there are several machines used, such as:

- Fertilizer spreader
- Ground cover machine
- Water spray
machine - Irrigation machine

Tools used for harvesting

Imagine if we have to harvest wheat fields which cover acres and must be finished today . Impossible if done using human power. Well, here are some commonly used harvesting machines.

- Rice harvesting machines
- Corn
