 A good protein smoothie has three or four basic ingredients. The first ingredient is your base. You start with as well one cup of ice or one cup of frozen. If you are watching calories, ice is the improved choice, but frozen fruit has a lot of nutrients to be careful as well! The second ingredient is your protein powder (use the quantity resolute by the protein calculator declare earlier).
