3. Drink water - Drinking water is essential for any person who wants to lose weight anywhere on their body, including from their face. It helps flush toxins out of the system and keep your body hydrated at a cellular level, which reduces puffiness in the skin and makes it easier to burn calories through exercise.

4. Avoid sugar - Sugar consumption is one of the most common culprits. Sugar is tasty and many people get addicted to it but then regret it because of the result.
