Festivals are the good times celebrated with presents, decorations, gifts, crackers and most importantly good and rich food. Staying away from the goodies during the festive season is always a challenging task for diabetics.

Staying away from the goodies might just get a little hard especially for people with diabetes.  In this, chances are they may be less cautious about their diet. This surely is a testing time for them.
