You can drive to the town from anywhere in County Down and the railway station is only 20 minutes away. You can even take the bus from Craigentin. Because the town is so close to where the major attractions are you can spend an afternoon admiring the scenery before going back to your accommodation for the night.

You can get the feel of the area's ancient forests through studying the local plant life and animals. You can learn about the history of the place as you hike the grounds and take in the beautiful views of the mountains and valleys below.
