You can use the methods below to reset Arlo camera if you encounter any form of error that can only be fixed by resetting your device.
- Hold and press the camera's sync button for about 15 seconds, or until the camera's light begins to blink, then release the button.
Note: To use the sync feature on an Arlo Ultra-equipped camera, you must first remove the camera from its shell.
- Make sure the amber LED on the camera flashes three times.
- If the camera's LED starts to blink amber, make sure you release the sync button. If you press the sync button for an extended period of time, the factory reset procedure is repeated until the camera's LED flashes amber three times after the release.
- Following the factory reset, the camera is still visible in the Arlo app, but it is disabled.
