दरअसल दिल्ली के जाफराबाद में सीएए  के खिलाफ पिछले डेढ़ महीने से सड़क किनारे शांतिपूर्ण प्रदर्शन चल रहा था पर शनिवार को 11  बजे के करीब ये प्रदर्शनकारी सड़क पर आ गए और मौजपुर जाफराबाद वाले सड़क को जाम कर दिया और रविवार को सुबह होते होते प्रदर्शनकारियों ने सड़क पर स्टेज बनाना शुरू कर दिया इसके बाद पुलिस कमिशनर  के हस्तक्षेप के बाद इसे बनाने से रोका गया।  पुलिस ने बातचीत करके प्रदर्शनकारियों से सड़क का एक तरफ का हिस्सा तो खुलवा लिया पर सीलमपुर से मौजपुर जाने वाला रास्ता बंद ही रहा। ❍ जब नेताओं ने किया हस्तक्षेप।रविवार को  दिन में जब प्रदर्शन की आग बढ़ने लगी तब भाजपा नेता कपिल मिश्रा और कुसुम तोमर ने सीएए और रोड जाम के खिलाफ धरना शुरू कर दिया और इसके बाद सीएए के समर्थन में लोग जुटने लगे। कबीरनगर इलाके में सीएए के समर्थन में बैठे हुए लोगों पर दूसरे लोगों ने पत्थर चला दिए इसके बाद देखते ही देखते इलाके में गोली,पत्थर और तलवारें चलने लगी। पुलिस ने भीड़ नियंत्रण के लिए आंसू गैस के गोले भी छोड़े साथ ही पुलिस की अतरिक्त टीमों को भी यहाँ तैनात किया गया पर हालात काबू में नहीं आये। ❍ कपिल मिश्रा ने दिया ये बयान।भाजपा के नेता और पूर्व विधायक कपिल मिश्रा ने एक वीडियो ट्वीट किया जिसमें वो सीएए समर्थकों को मौजपुर लालबत्ती पर संबोधित करते हुए दिख रहे हैं उनके साथ नार्थ ईस्ट दिल्ली के डीएसपी वेद प्रकाश भी दिख रहें हैं। मिश्रा इस वीडियो में कहते हैं ‘सीएए के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन कर रहे लोग दिल्ली में उत्पात मचाना चाहते हैं इसलिए उन्होंने ये रोड जाम किया है इसलिए उन्होंने दंगों जैसा माहौल बनाया है। हमने अपनी तरफ से पत्थर नहीं फेकें । डीसीपी आप लोगों के सामने खड़े हैं और में आपकी तरफ से इनको कहना चाहता हूँ जबतक ट्रम्प भारत में हैं तबतक हम यहाँ से जा रहें हैं , इसके बाद हम आपकी (पुलिस) की  भी नहीं सुनेंगे। अगर तब तक सड़कें खाली नहीं होती तो हमें सड़कों पर उतरना पड़ेगा। बाद में कपिल मिश्रा ने अपने बयान में कहा, ऐसा बयान उन्होंने लोगों का आक्रोश कम करने के लिए दिया , उन्होंने कहा सड़क जाम होने से लोगों में आक्रोश है ये सड़क ही इस इलाके को मुख्य दिल्ली से जोड़ती है। उन्होंने आगे कहा अगर वो ऐसा नहीं करते तो लोग सड़कों पर उतर जाते। मिश्रा अंत तक यही कहते रहे की उनकी तरफ से पत्थराव नहीं हुआ है। SOURCE: https://www.flypped.com/fire-of-caa-protest-reached-yamunapar/hindi/
