Powder sampling is essential in food and chemical facilities to ensure quality. The samples are evaluated for compliance, quality, and faults including composition and bacterial contamination.
A sampler system separates samples automatically at or around the sampling location until enough samples are obtained. This method improves an otherwise laborious operation. Sampler systems have a controller for manual operation when required.
What is a Powder Sampler?
Sample powder, liquid, cream and granular materials using automatic samplers. These gadgets come in a variety of sizes. This allows them to physically pull stuff up into a tubular metal container without contamination or spillage.
An operator must sample material at regular intervals.
A Powder samplers Carousel adds to our sample collecting devices. The automated powder sampler inserts a predefined quantity of samples into a sample jar at specified intervals, such as every hour or shift. After the predetermined number of samples, the sampler system indexes ahead and transfers the entire har with the sample into a waiting collecting spot. A fresh sample jar is set up, ready for the next sample to complete the series. The operator simply caps the jars and transports them to the lab for quality control and analysis.
