Quality Biryanis for Dinner!

All those biryani lovers must be wondering about the different kinds of biryanis that they can get with tasty gravy, vegetables, meat, and flavored rice. Biryani as a meal is mostly liked by non- vegetarians. Different regions use different kinds of vegetables and meat. It is also the condiments and spices like fennel seeds, mace, pepper, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, mint, coriander, ginger, tomatoes, green chilis, garlic, saffron, nutmeg, ghee that give a rich flavor to the dish. Murg Ulvacharu Biryani

Ulvacharu biryani is a dish that has the inclusion of lamb, chicken, biryani, vegetables, and fragrant spices. The taste is strong, aromatic, and stimulating with star anise, black peppercorns, and cinnamon. Ulvacharu biryani comes in three tastes, with chicken being in much demand. You can get sauteed chicken pieces marinated in a pungent Ulvacahru horse gram soup. 

For the masala, you can get a mix of taste of cloves, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, fennel seeds, mace, shahi jeera, biryani ka Phool, and kapok buds. In the marination process; ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, mint leaves, sauteed onions, yogurt, lemon, ghee, oil, biryani masala, green chillis, and coriander leaves are put. Marination is done to add more taste and to make the chicken tender. In the boiled rice you have rice, water, salt, garam masala spices, oil, and mint leaves. 

Along with murgh ulvacharu biryani; you can have broccoli, asparagus, cucumber, zucchini, barley, mango pickles, orzo pasta, roasted potato, cheesy cauliflower, spaghetti, stir-fried vegetables, spicy seared broccoli, and cotija sweet potato. There are some other dishes also that you can have.  

To enhance the flavor of biryani you can have onion raita, cucumber raita, carrot raita, and grilled vegetable raita.

Paneer Makhani Biryani

Paneer Makhani Biryani is a dish where you get the taste of a garam masala, cumin powder, dry coriander powder, fenugreek seeds, sugar, Kashmiri red chillis, bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, chopped onion, cashewnuts, mace, black peppercorns, anise, chopped tomatoes, ginger root, garlic, rice, saffron, ghee, fresh cream, cooking oil and butter.

Paneer Makhani tastes good with Brussels bacon, cheesy broccoli bake, roasted curried cauliflower, riced cabbage, garlicky broccoli stir fry, braised celery, and garlic potatoes.

Jackfruit Biryani

Also called Kathal biryani, jackfruit biryani is a lightly spiced dum-cooked biryani with the inclusion of natural unripe jackfruit. The dish is gluten-free. 

In the rice, you can get a taste of cardommons, cinnamon, cloves, tejpatta, and salt. In jackfruit biryani gravy, you can get turmeric, mace, green cardommons, cloves, cinnamon, thinly sliced onions, chopped mint leaves, minced coriander leaves, shah jeera, yogurt, raw unripe jackfruit, ghee, water, salt, garlic cloves, ginger and green chili. For the layer of jackfruit biryani, you can get the taste of milk, saffron, kewra water, and ghee. 

The side dishes that you can have with biryani are fresh corn and bacon, roasted beets with feta, Korean spinach, cheesy potato, braised celery, buttery garlicky broccoli, celery chutney, roasted curried cauliflower dish, roasted bell pepper, and onion raita. 

Special Chicken Biryani

Chicken biryani has a light fragrance, sticky rice, unique taste of rice with hot and pungent taste along with sot vegetables or meat. 

The ingredients that you can get are salt, garam masala, red chili powder, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, plain yogurt, and little lemon juice. The cooked chicken has inclusion of green cardamoms, bay leaf, shahi jeera, and mace.

The side dishes that you can get with biryani are spicy onion rings, cucumber raita, mixed vegetable curry, mixed veggie pakoras, aloo jeera, paneer makhani, roasted aubergines in tamarind sauce, and Mirchi ka salan. 

Goat ulvachuru biryani and smoke koyla murgh biryani are two of the other biryani dishes that you can get.
