You will need a money order, paycheck, or certified check to submit an immigration permit to an inmate at the Joe Corley Detention Center. Deposits of $10,000 or more can only be paid by cashier's check or certificate. All payments should be made to "U.S. Department of Homeland Security" or "Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agencies".
If you do not want to issue the contract yourself, you can ask an immigration officer to issue a contract. For a small fee of 2% to 10%, your agent can announce e-filing to you, saving you the trip to the ICE-ERO facility. This process is generally faster and easier than publishing contracts directly.
