Alida Welcomes Mary Kay Evans as Chief Marketing Officer

Alida, a leader in Customer Experience Management (CXM), today announced the appointment of Mary Kay Evans to the position of Chief Marketing Officer. As CMO, Evans will drive the company’s overall marketing strategy and partner with the wider executive team to steer the company’s next phase of growth.

Evans possesses a breadth of experience in transforming the way technology companies engage with their markets, their customers, and their employees. Most recently, Evans was CMO for Pymetrics, an AI-powered talent matching platform. Prior to Pymetrics, Evans was CMO for Verizon Digital Media, where she served as a key leader responsible for bringing multiple acquisitions together to form a new business unit. She also led the marketing program that ignited revenue growth for the SaaS platform that today powers streaming media experiences for many of the world’s largest media brands. Preceding her tenure at Verizon, Evans co-founded Radi8 Creative, a full-service marketing agency.
