The skin is the largest human organ: its average area is 2 sq. meters, and weight - 16% of the total body weight. It is responsible for vital functions: it regulates heat transfer, protects against external mechanical influences, and removes toxins. If only for this reason , the skin of the whole body  already deserves careful treatment.


Regular skin care works not only in favor of health, but is also responsible for the visual component. Even if you play sports, eat right, but do not pay enough attention to caring procedures, it is not a fact that you will get the desired result. But we can fix it all. Approach the issue in a complex way, and your skin will say “Thank you” to you and will thank you in the form of a beautiful, toned body!

We will consider all body care within the framework of universal procedures, but you must remember the individual characteristics of your body (skin type, intolerance to ingredients, skin diseases, etc.).

Shower morning and evening

Sweat glands do not stop working during sleep, and within a couple of hours after evening water procedures, bacteria in the armpits (the warmest and most humid place) begin to multiply, causing an unpleasant odor. Therefore, taking a shower in the morning is just as necessary as in the evening. In addition, it helps to wake up the whole body and energizes for the coming day.


Taking a shower in the evening, you cleanse the skin of impurities accumulated during the day: dust, sebum, sweat and cosmetics. Clean skin is easier to breathe, the active components of skin care products penetrate better into the deeper layers of the epidermis.


1-2 times a week you can lie in the bath, but not longer than 20 minutes. Long and frequent exposure to hot water accelerates the aging process of the skin, and also increases the likelihood of negative effects on the heart and blood vessels. 


Bath foam can be added to the water , it not only has a calming effect on the nervous system, but also moisturizes the skin. 

Water temperature

The water should be at a comfortable temperature, not too hot.

Hot water dries out the skin and can also affect blood pressure and cardiovascular activity. 


The temperature should not exceed 38−40°C. It is better if it is close to your body temperature - 36.6-36.8 ° C.

Cosmetical tools

Daily use. We advise avoiding soaps and shower gels containing synthetic surfactants. Choose natural remedies. 


Products containing surfactants break the lipid barrier of the skin, depriving it of its natural protection, and this leads to the growth of pathogenic bacteria. In other words, they are too aggressive and lead to unpleasant consequences in the form of irritation, inflammation. 


Soaps and gels with a natural composition cleanse gently and delicately, without disturbing the pH balance of the skin. 

These funds are enough to remove dirt, so it is not necessary to use a washcloth. In addition to the fact that it can injure the skin, storing the washcloth in a humid environment leads to the spread of bacteria, fungus and mold in it.


With an increase in the amount of water in the stratum corneum of the skin, when you are in the bath or shower for a couple of minutes, the permeability of microorganisms from the outside increases. Each use of the washcloth smears these bacteria all over the body to some extent, which increases the risk of them entering the body through the skin.


If you do use a washcloth, be sure to change it every 3-4 weeks.


Deep cleansing. It takes 30-40 days for a complete renewal of the epidermis. During this time, the horny (outermost) layer of the skin thickens, and in order not to delay the renewal process, our skin needs help in the form of removal of dead cells. Scrubs work great for this.


For light scrubbing , gel scrubs of the Fitness series  or natural soap with abrasive particles (for example,  Buckwheat ,  Coffee ) are suitable. These products can be used on a permanent basis, alternating with regular gel or soap. 


Scrubs are used for more serious cleansing. 

Salt body scrubs Levrana are made on the basis of oils, so they not only exfoliate dead skin particles, but also perfectly nourish and moisturize the skin. 

Frequency of use: 1 time per week, not more often.

Hydration and nutrition

In order for the skin to be soft, smooth and elastic, it must be moisturized and enriched with nutrients.

To do this, every time after water procedures, use milk, lotion, cream-oil or butter.


Milks and lotions are great for daily use, for example, after a morning shower. They have a light texture, moisturize well and are quickly absorbed without leaving a sticky feeling on the skin. 


Cream butter and butters (solid oils) have a dense texture - they intensively nourish and moisturize. They are best used in the evening, 40 minutes before bedtime, so that the funds have time to be completely absorbed. 


Any of these products are recommended to be heated (rubbed in the palms) before application to enhance their penetrating power.

To eliminate cellulite, the above recommendations, unfortunately, are not always enough. It is impossible to get rid of this feature of the body forever, but it is real to make cellulite less noticeable and even almost invisible. 


Cellulite happens not only in overweight people, but also in thin people. Many factors influence its manifestation: sedentary lifestyle, lack of physical activity, slow metabolism in the body due to lack of water, malnutrition and much more. All this leads to a violation of the microcirculation of blood and lymph in the subcutaneous fat, as well as the accumulation of fat in fat cells. The more these cells are stretched, the more noticeable the tubercles on the skin become. 


Massage will help remove excess water, toxins from fat cells and subcutaneous fat, and as a result, reduce cellulite. It activates blood circulation in problem areas, the movement of fluid in the tissues, accelerates the lymph, and also creates conditions under which cosmetic products have the maximum positive effect. 


Types of massage at home:

  • manual self-massage with anti-cellulite oil;
  • massage with vacuum jars using natural oils (with caution in case of vascular diseases);
  • dry brush  massage

Massage regularly at least 2 times a week.


And do not forget, the more fat in fat cells, the more cellulite appears, so it is very important to adhere to proper nutrition and exercise.

Speaking of sports, the load on the muscles also increases blood circulation, so training in combination with massage gives an even greater effect. And so that the metabolic process in the body does not slow down - drink more clean water. 


By following these daily skin care rituals, you will definitely achieve the desired result. The main thing is to be patient and not be lazy.
