Frequently Asked Questions About JUUL And Effective Fixes

The battery of your juul 日本 (JUUL Japan) device is designed to last up to about 12 hours of persistent use. It could be used for at least the duration of a full pod. With heavier use, for those who use their device every few minutes, the battery can last around 8 hours.

Your device has an internal lithium-ion battery and as with all batteries of this type, repeated charging of the battery and discharging can lead to deterioration. This means that the battery will not last as long as it lasted when it was brand new. You will not notice this until your device is at least six months old. Past this point, if you realize that the life of your battery is shorter, you need to replace it.

Can you refill your pods?

Your pods are not designed to be refilled as they feature an in-built coil. The coil is designed to vaporize the e-juice that is already present. The coil will be less effective beyond this point and it will burn out quickly.

How do I clean my device?

Cleaning your device is a good practice and it will fix some common issues. You should try and do this every few weeks. You should start by removing the pod from your device and take a cotton bud or cotton swab and gently wipe the electrical contact points. This includes the bottom of the device, on the base of the current pod, and inside the pod slot. You can use a small amount of alcohol but this is not required.

Where can I find the serial number of my device?

Every JUUL device has a serial number. The serial number may be required by the company if you encounter faults and you would like to replace or fix your device. The 8-character serial number is on the back of the device underneath the logo.

How do I troubleshoot a leaking device?

Your pod may leak occasionally from the mouthpiece. Leaking is typically caused by E-juice being drawn into the airway chamber either by squeezing or compressing your pod while it is in the device or drawing too hard on the mouthpiece.

In case this happens, you should wipe away any leakage. The pod will be safe to use. If you encounter any problems, you should try removing the pod and turning it upside down and then tapping on it gently against the piece of tissue. Doing this will remove any e-liquid still caught in the chamber. You should avoid leakages by changing the way you vape. You do not need to inhale too hard when it comes to using your device. If you inhale too hard, the device will offer a satisfying hit with a very small cloud. You should avoid squeezing or biting the mouthpiece as this will create small gaps for the e-juice to seep through.

What should I do if my device doesn’t produce enough vapor?

The juul 日本 (JUUL Japan) is not designed to generate a lot of vapor but if you are getting less of a hit then you should try a few fixes illustrated in our previous articles.
