Overview of Law Colleges without Entrance Exam

A career as a law professional is one of the most popular professions in India, with many different sorts of lawyers and specialties to select from, such as Corporate Lawyers, Criminal Lawyers, Public Prosecutors, and so on. Many top-tier private and public institutions/universities offer a variety of law courses and degrees to provide the top education and training. However, besides the eligibility/admission criteria and required skills, some Law entrance tests are essential at the institution or state/national level.

However, there are law colleges without entrance exams that can allow admission. You can apply for a law school that demands no entrance exam score but other admission processes. The standard LLB course admission process is-

  • Candidates should check out the official website of the college they want to attend to discover more about the admissions exams that that school has approved.

  • Candidates must then apply on the exam's administering authority's official website.

  • To pass the admission exam, candidates must study diligently and perform well.

  • The college authority will create a merit list on a specific date, including the names of qualified individuals for admission to the institute's LLB program.

  • Applicants must come to the college campus if their name appears on the list, where they will be subjected to document verification before being granted a seat.

LLB Admission with Management Quota

To apply for law schools in Bangalore, you don't have to sit for the entrance exam specifically. There are other ways, and one of the common ways BBA LLB colleges in Bangalore consider is the management quota. Management Quota is a government-approved procedure that allows students to gain direct admission to a private or deemed university. Because private universities do not receive government funding, the Management Quota is only relevant to them. To get admission through the management quota, there are different documents required:

  • 12th mark sheet
  • Exam scorecard for the 10th grade.
  • Results of JEE mains or any other test.
  • Photographs of the student at passport size.
  • Tuition or a donation charge for college.
  • Certificates of migration and transfer.
  • ID Proof of Students/Parents

Few offer admission in the management quota process when applying for the BBA LLB colleges in Bangalore. If you are ready with all the required documents, you can take the step forward. However, you need to be eligible for the same.

About the LLB Course

The Bar Council of India (BCI), a supervisory authority for law education in India, regulates the LLB program.

It is a three-year program, but only those with a graduate degree can enroll in the LLB program. So, for a law course, there are two options. The first is a three-year course following graduation, and the second is a five-year course after the 12th that leads to a BALLB HONS. Degree.

You can also look for LLB practice after you finish your degree. Between LLB and BALLB, there is only one distinction. Moreover, the time difference is one year. After graduation, you must devote three years to the LLB program, which adds up to six years. After six years, you will be awarded an LLB degree.

Conclusion

You can apply for law school with all the eligibility criteria that can help you to take further steps. Most BBA LLB Colleges in Bangalore, including the IFIM Institution, offer options like Management Quota, CLAT, ISAT, and other entrance exams for the admission process.
