Given that most people’s phones are always close by — whether they’re at home or sitting across from someone at a restaurant — it seems like a phone would be an ideal place to start.
3) Deeper Personalization with Artificial Intelligence(AI) and Machine Learning (ML)
With mobile app development services becoming more sophisticated and AI and ML solutions maturing, we can expect better personalization for users. Soon, businesses will no longer treat their customers as a part of a crowd. They will see them as individuals. The interactions between companies and their customers will be highly personalized and capable of solving customer problems, reducing churn, and increasing revenue.
