Vegetable Samosa


A samosa is a baked or sauteed dish with a savory filling, like onions, spiced potatoes,

& oil to sautee.


Lamb Meatball


These aren't just the meatballs & spaghetti kind, they are so much more. These aromatic, herby meatballs are eaten in the Mediterranean countries and with a compelling green goddess sauce, we couldn't cease eating them. They'll shortly be a new favorite.


To prepare the meatballs; one ground lamb, one big lightly beaten egg, three minced cloves of garlic, two tablespoons freshly diced parsley, two tablespoons freshly grated oregano, one tablespoon of ground cumin, one tablespoon kosher salt, a half scoop of freshly ground black pepper, one-fourth scoop chopped red pepper flakes & three scoops of additional -virgin oil. 

 

In the cooking of the green goddess sauce; one-half cup of greek yogurt half cup of mayonnaise, sole half cup of basil leaves, half cup of parsley leaves, one-fourth cup of freshly hashed chives, one-fourth cup of fresh oregano leaves, Juice of a single lemon, two cloves of garlic, Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper.
