The Reiki Teacher Training requires approximately 1000 hours of study and practice which usually takes 3-4 years to complete. The curriculum is designed specifically for Reiki Masters who wish to dedicate themselves to teaching and practicing Reiki on a higher professional level. This training starts with a Reiki master and start by going through a series of 'attunements' or initiations. These are procedures performed by the Reiki master to 'attune' or connect you to energy so you can receive it and pass it on to others.
