How do I check my spirit reservation credit?

After change, cancel, and/or other non-refundable service charges are subtracted, guests who are not eligible for a refund will get a Reservation Credit for the amount of the original purchase. Itinerary adjustments to a reservation may result in differences in airfare, government taxes, and fees.For flights that are seven days or more away, reservations that are cancelled by a guest within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund in the original mode of payment.

A full refund in the original method of payment is available to guests who cancel their reservations for flights departing seven days or more in the future within 24 hours of making their reservation. Following the deduction of change, cancel, and/or other non-refundable

service fees, guests who are not eligible for a refund will get a Reservation Credit for the balance of the initial purchase. When changing the itinerary of a reservation, different airline and government tax and fee rates could be applicable. Prior to April 5, 2021, there are no change or cancellation fees for reservations.

SPIRIT RESERVATION CREDIT

Simply click the My Trips option on our homepage if you want to view or change your reservation. Enter your last name as well as your confirmation code. You can make changes, see and print your itinerary receipt, and see an itemised breakdown when your reservation shows.

Payment for tickets, luggage, seats, fees, and taxes can be made with reservation credits. On Spirit.com, credits can be redeemed. Reservation Credit bookings are not supported by our Spirit App at this time.

In order to use your Reservation Credit toward a future flight with us, follow these instructions:

1. Find your Reservation Credit number before you begin a new booking. Your trip cancellation confirmation code is your Reservation Credit number. It has six alphabetic digits. Your email requesting your trip cancellation includes this number.

2. Book your trip by going to Spirit.com. Please make sure all facts, including the spelling of your name, match the original reservation as shown in the email confirming your trip cancellation before entering your personal information.

3. Select Redeem A Voucher or Credit on the Payment Page.

4. In the second box provided under the Payment section, enter your 6-digit Confirmation Code, then click GO.

5. Enter the reservation's maximum spending amount. Then choose APPLY CREDIT with the entire or partial amount.

6. Please proceed with the on-screen instructions to enter any more payments if there is still a balance owing.

7. You will get a new confirmation email containing your flight information after making your reservation. You can use any unpaid balance on your credit against upcoming trips.

SPIRIT AIRLINES RESERVATION CREDIT

All new reservations made on Spirit.com or by calling 855-728-3555 may be paid for with reservation credits. Reservation Credit bookings are not supported by our Spirit App at this time. Currently, there are two categories of reservation credits:

Credits awarded between March 2020 and July 27, 2021, which can be used to book travel by December 31, 2021, on any airline offered by the system. 90-day Reservation Credits: These can be used to book flights on any dates that are available in the system within 90 days of their issue.

All reservation credits are transferable and can be redeemed by any guest associated with the original reservation via spirit.com or by calling Spirit reservations at 855-728-3555. They can be applied to airfare, luggage, seats, taxes, and fees. Reservation Credits are not redeemable for cash.
