1. You have the desire to establish or run a business in the Isle of Man.

In the Isle of Man, the Department for Enterprise is the only endorsing organization for the Business Migrant route as in Appendix X of the Isle of Man Immigration Rules. Eligibility criteria:
Before applying for this visa, you are required to have your business idea or business evaluated by the Department for Enterprise. If finding your business viable, it will provide you with an endorsement letter.

Required documents:

· Proof, if you are establishing a new business, of your investment funds
· Your tuberculosis results if you are from a country where this test is a must-have
