I found learning Python to be very challenging, but it didn't have to be.
I graduated from college a little more than ten years ago with a history degree but few career options. I then achieved success as a machine learning engineer, data science consultant, and am currently the CEO of Dataquest.
But this is not a triumph that happened over night. My path to becoming proficient in Python Course was arduous, ineffective, and frequently disheartening.
I would take the steps I'm going to share with you in this article if I could do it over again. It would have accelerated my work, prevented countless hours of stress, and thousands of hours of lost time.

Step 1: Understand Why Most Fail
Python instruction doesn't have to be challenging. Actually, if you have the proper tools, it can be simple. (and fun).
The Issue With Most Educational Materials
There are many online classes that make learning Python more challenging than it needs to be. I'll give you a personal example to help you understand my argument.
I wanted to do the things that excited me when I first began learning Python, like creating websites. Unfortunately, the training I was taking made me study syntax for several months. It was painful.
Python code remained alien and perplexing throughout the training. It appeared to be an extraterrestrial tongue. It's not surprising that I got bored very fast.
Unfortunately, most Python lessons resemble this very closely. They presume that before you can begin doing anything interesting, you must master the entirety of the Python syntax. Is it surprising that so many people abandon up?
You could be having the real Python thrills instead of wasting time on these tedious chores. Consider using artificial intelligence to create a website, analyse data, or build a drone that can fly by itself!
An Easier Way
I finally discovered a method that worked better for me after many failed efforts. In reality, I think that this is the most effective method for learning Python programming.
First, I memorised Python code as quickly as I could. I then applied what I had learned by jumping right into an undertaking that I actually found interesting.
The methods listed below not only make learning more enjoyable, but they also speed up your progress.

Step 2: Identify What Motivates You
The good news is that anyone who has the proper motivation can become highly proficient in Python.
I found it difficult to stay conscious when learning syntax as a beginner. But when I had to use the fundamentals of Python to create a fascinating project, I happily stayed up all night to complete it.
What can we learn from this? You must discover what inspires you and become enthusiastic about it. Find one or two areas of passion to get started:

Step 3: Learn the Basic Syntax, Quickly
I am aware that. I promised that we would focus on syntax as little as feasible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to completely omit this procedure.
Here are some helpful resources to understand the fundamentals of Python without losing interest:

The importance of learning what grammar you can before moving on cannot be overstated. The ideal amount of time for this period is a few weeks, but no longer than a month.
You will learn more quickly if you start working on tasks as soon as possible. The syntax is always available for subsequent reference, if needed.
A brief reminder: Study Python 3, not Python 2. Sadly, many free "learn Python" resources still only teach Python 2. Bugs and security holes won't be rectified, however, because Python 2 is no longer supported.
