ISO 37001: The primary focus of ISO 37001 is on preventing bribery and ensuring compliance with anti-bribery laws and regulations. It addresses areas such as risk assessment, policies, procedures, due diligence, financial controls, and reporting.

ISO 37301: ISO 37301 takes a broader approach to compliance management. It encompasses all types of legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements that an organization needs to comply with. Integration:
