Apply to a school in Australia and get a confirmation of enrolment (CoEs)

Create an account with the Australian immigration authorities
To register yourself, you must first create an account at https://online.immi.gov.au/lusc/register.
Your basic information, such as your name, phone number, and email address, is crucial when applying for a visa. Before starting your visa application, make sure the information you provide is accurate.
Complete the visa application online
You must begin the student visa process at least 124 days before your course starts. On the first page of the application, enter your nationality, the educational sector, and your CoE code. Following that, you will be required to provide personal and family information, respond to inquiries regarding your prior education and work experience, and provide information regarding your health and past criminal record (if it exists).
If the process appears too long, you can take a break and resume processing your saved application later.

Pay the visa fee and get a TRN-number
Once you have completed your application, pay the application fee mentioned in the payment section. Credit cards are the easiest way to pay, but you can choose your preferred payment method.

Once the payment is made, you will receive a TRN (Transaction Reference Number) receipt. Make sure to save it so you can track your application.
Possible health checkup and interview
Depending on your studies and residence location, you might be required to complete a health checkup or a visa interview. If so, you will be given the information through email after completing the application.
Avoid health checkups before completing the application; you will need your TRN number and instructions on what you need to check.
Get your visa decision
The length of time it takes to receive a visa decision is determined mainly by two factors: The application location and how busy the immigration office in Australia is at the time. Visa decisions are usually made within one to two weeks of applying in its entirety.
You will be notified via email when the Australian authorities decide on your visa application. Once your visa has been approved, you can obtain a physical copy and the grant letter, both available online.

Hurray! It’s time to travel to Australia
As soon as you receive your visa, you can enter Australia 90 days before the start date of your course. In general, you are permitted to stay in Australia for 30 days following the completion of your course or 60 days if your course is longer than 10 months. 5. Proof of Sufficient Funds
To receive an Australian student visa, you must prove that you have enough money to support yourself throughout your stay. There are three options for meeting this requirement:
- Bank statements
- Evidence of grants
- Scholarships
6. Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
As an international student in Australia, you must have Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for your stay. Your student visa application will be denied if you fail to prove you have valid health insurance.
