Apple has added a new feature called Time to Walk Audio walking with Shawn Mendes and Dolly Parton to its Apple Watch for all its Fitness+ subscribers. This has been designed to motivate users into making walking a frequently performed activity in their lifestyle.

Dolly Parton and Shawn Mendes are among the world’s noteworthy personalities who have contributed spoken-word passages for this new feature. It basically aims to pair inspirational monologues from famous athletes, musicians and actors, and music with exercise tracking on the Apple Watch and Fitness Plus.

Time to Walk episodes can be automatically downloaded to your Apple Watch if you subscribe yourself to Fitness+. People using the Workout app can easily download the episodes in it. When you select a Time to Walk episode on the Apple Fitness watch, you can start using it at any pace you feel like while listening with Apple Airpods or Bluetooth headphones. The new episodes are anywhere between 25 to 40 minutes and will automatically appear in the Workout App on Apple Watch. You can also browse the episodes in the Fitness+ tab of the Fitness app on your iPhone. For those who use wheelchairs for their daily activities, Time to Walk becomes Time to Push which features an Outdoor wheelchair Walk Pace workout.
