Thousands of convicted have been hanged out on the net.
Now, it is proposed that the controversial search service Lexbase no longer be protected by the constitution.
Lexbase was very common when the company in 2014 launched a service online, where it went to search on if people have been in criminal or civil cases.
Lexbase has a so-called certificate of publication and is covered by the freedom of expression
But in the Mediegrundlagskommitténs report, submitted to the minister of justice Morgan Johansson S , it is proposed that such services should not be included in the grundlagsskyddet.
