German prosecutors are investigating current and former employees of the Volkswagenägda sports car manufacturer Porsche after suspicions about utsläppsmanipulering.
Including one of the car manufacturer's board of directors.
A dozen raids have been carried out around the states of Bavaria and Baden-Würtemberg, according to prosecutors in Stuttgart, where Porsche has its headquarters.
the Raids are linked to an investigation in which employees of Porsche is suspected of having marketed fake dieselutsläppsnivåer among the company's cars.
Earlier this year extended the German authorities their investigation into the dieselfusk by examining Porsche's sister company Audi.
Both companies have found that equipping the car with illegal software.
