IS IT POSSIBLE TO LEAD A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE IN A BIG CITY?

To lead a healthy lifestyle in the city under the frequent becomes a daunting task. because you are not in a detox journey, where you prepare healthy food and fresh juices. Where experts are making sure that you eat properly and tasty. In the city the situation is the opposite around the asphalt, always hurrying somewhere passers-by. From every corner every now and then comes the smell of roasted pastries, fast donors and hamburgers. And besides, friends and relatives insist not to go to a vegetarian restaurant, but to go to a pizzeria with pasta.
