Why Aerobic Exercises are Good in Every Manner and for Every Individual?

Running, jogging, cycling, stair climbing, rope jumping and aerobics classes are all examples of aerobic activities.

In an aerobics class, a trained instructor teaches exercise to a group on a special music with gym equipment in India.

The instructor teaches participants many movements directed in dance style, keeping that particular music in mind.

Generally an aerobics class should be of about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Finally, an exercise of cool down and static stretching of 5 to 10 minutes is added, to help the body recover from the aggravated situation gradually and to regain the condition of the exercise.

The class of aerobics should be 5 to 6 days in a week, 3 to 4 days should be dedicated to cardio-respiratory conditioning and 2 to 3 days for weight training and ‘Core Strengthening’ exercises for upper and lower part of body must be devoted to.
