And just as the leaves change their color, it’s the perfect time to change the look and feel of your home!

Playful patterns and textures creates visual interest and intrigue – we use them in almost every Hamptons Interior Design and NYC Apartment Interior Design project!Blankets:The perfect throw blanket will not only keep you warm and give you a great excuse for snuggling up on the couch, but just like a good pair of pillows – the different textures and colors of throw blankets can warm up any space!
Faux fur blankets can make a bolder statement, while a handwoven throw is a more subtle approach to accessorizing.Area Rugs:Area Rugs are another great way to incorporate color and texture into a room – with the added benefit of preventing cold feet from walking on bare tile and hardwood floors!
The source of inspiration for our Hamptons Interior Design and NYC Apartment Interior Design projects usually comes from a playful pattern, a paint color, or a fun piece of furniture.For our most recent project – one very close to my heart – the inspiration came from a beautiful art piece, gifted to me (and created by!)
my daughter, and glass artist, Marlene Rose.The piece, a Buddha sculpture made of hand-poured cast glass, inspired the redesign of my home’s family room!To carry the beautiful hues of chartreuse and cobalt blue around the room, I selected a variety of fabrics to re-upholster, and bring new life to my existing pieces – a sofa, bench, and two swivel chairs.I chose to mix various textures and prints to create visual interest, and selected an overall neutral palette to elicit feelings of calm and serenity – much like the Buddha!
The piece also inspired the selection of a fresh new area rug and paint color, as well as wallpaper in the adjacent breakfast room and kitchen.I chose a fun chevron pattern to reupholster my breakfast room chairs, and unify the two spaces.
While there are still some final decisions to be made, here are a few sneak peeks of what I’ve selected so far!In order for the art piece to serve as the focal point of the room, I chose to display it front and center on the re-designed mantle of my fireplace.
I decided to extend the mantle to support the size and weight of the sculpture, and added built-in spot lights to illuminate its beautifully colored glass!
As the walls in my family room are quite high, I am also searching for a fun, decorative mirror to hang above.Mirrors are a great way to accessorize a space, as their reflective quality adds light and expands a room.
People want quick to relieve the problematic veins due to their unsightly appearance in the body.
The following treatments not only help the patients return back their confidence but help treat them efficiently.
The sclerosing agent, used by your doctor, includes: polidocanolsodium tetradecyl sulfatehypertonic saline solutions This chemical foam solution causes the vein walls to seal shut so that blood can be rerouted through the healthy veins.
After passing some time, your body will automatically absorb the treated veins making them less visible and uncomfortable.
Patients may require up to four vein treatments near me North Shore.
This will reduce the chances of bruising over the treated area.

Libraries are one of our favorite rooms to design when it comes to our Interior Design Long Island and Hamptons Interior Design projects.
The Long Room houses 200,000 of the library’s oldest books, and is lined with 14 marble busts of philosophers, writers, and men who have supported Trinity College.The beautiful barrel vaulted ceiling was added in 1860 to hold additional books when the original shelves of The Long Room became full.
Here are some ways in which we incorporated arches into past projects!
