Kementerian Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) mengeluarkan surat edaran terkait kewaspadaan menghadapi virus corona.

Surat edaran yang ditanda tangani Erick Thohir tersebut antara lain memuat perintah agar BUMN di tujuh sektor yang memberikan pelayanan publik melakukan langkah-langkah kesiapsiagaan.Secara keseluruhan, BUMN diminta memperkuat koordinasi dengan Kementerian/Lembaga, pemerintah daerah, rumah sakit, dan institusi di luar pemerintah untuk aksi pencegahan maupun penanganan dan evaluasi terhadap pelanggan yang terduga/korban virus corona.Kemudian, secara khusus, BUMN yang memiliki layanan rumah sakit diminta agar menyediakan pusat krisis atau crisis centre dan menyiapkan ruang isolasi selama wabah virus corona masih berlangsung.
