The purpose of the HR & Recruitment Manager is to lead our projected headcount growth, leveraging our deeply mission‐ and values‐driven culture, to share our story with candidates and to ensure that we have the best talent available to help SPARES PAZARI achieve its corporate goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:• Deliver on our recruitment objectives in line with our organizational values.• Draft job descriptions and all kinds of communication targeted at future and current employees.• Workforce planning in partnership with the founder & head of operations• Develop training modules based on the job requirement to increase efficiency of the employees and keep them up to date with latest technologies.
