Most Leica cameras have unique quirks that set them apart from the competition, for better and for worse.

The Leica Q2 is a fixed-lens compact camera with a full-frame 47-megapixel sensor, a rangefinder-style electronic viewfinder, weather-sealed body, and a price tag that’ll make your wallet run and hide.

The price isn’t the only thing about this camera that might take it out of consideration for most photographers.

It’s unfortunate, and it’s certainly an unusual choice for a $5,000 camera, but it is a Leica lens and therefore produces incredible images.

Seriously, even just everyday photos of houseplants and pets seem rich and vivid, like a timeless moment carefully composed and captured in loving detail.

It's great for candids, street photography, and most travel photography.

Canon may be on the cusp of announcing the rumored EOS 90D DSLR and EOS M6 II mirrorless camera, if current rumblings are anything to go by.

Japanese camera rumors site Nokishita, which has form when it comes to spoiling big reveals from the major photography players, claims that sources have informed it that the EOS 90D and EOS M6 Mark II will be announced "in the near future".

The two models would update the EOS 80D and EOS M6, and there's no word on whether these products would be continued, although Canon stated recently that its PowerShot G7 X Mark II and G5 X models would still be available despite the arrival of the PowerShot G7 X Mark III and G5 X Mark II.

The news comes just a day after Nokishita claimed that Canon was also preparing to confirm details of its upcoming RF 24-70mm f/2.8 L IS USM and RF 15-35mm f/2.8 L IS USM lenses, which were promised at the start of the year.

Two new hoods for these lenses have also been mentioned, namely the EW-88E and EW-88F.

While specs on the new models are still unclear, Nokishita suggests the EOS 90D DSLR will be available in a kit with a choice of two lenses, namely the 18-55mm and 18-135mm.

DSLR (digital single-lens reflex) cameras are great for travel photography, but they are bulky and can be a hassle to pack.

More and more travelers are going for mirrorless cameras instead, as they offer amazing image quality at half the size and weight of conventional DSLRs.

Normally $1,000, a nice 20% discount brings its price down to just $798.

DJI definitely seems to be keeping busy – less than a month ago the Chinese manufacturer debuted the lightweight Ronin-SC gimbal for mirrorless cameras, which was followed closely by the release of its new FPV Goggles.

DroneDJ was the first to unearth details about the Osmo Mobile 3, thanks to a public FCC filing made on July 31.

Amongst the paperwork filed is the user manual for the upcoming gimbal, giving us a clear idea as to what to expect.

The Osmo Mobile 3 will be larger than its predecessor, with dimensions of 286 x 126 x 98mm and weighing in at 405g.
