The focus of this project is restricted only to the 1st category – constructions without a building permit- and on buildings at the urban fringe or generally in areas without urban plans, which gradually create unplanned settlements. In areas without urban plan construction is only permitted inland parcels bigger than 0.4 ha and only for a building size up to 200 sq.m. The lack of cadastre in such countries has a multidimensional impact on land management issues.
