Rajasthani Bati is a famous recipe of North India that is also known as Dal-Bati-Churma.

Bati is a bread crispy from outside and soft from inside and authentically cooked over low heat simmer.

It can be stuffed with masala to enhance its taste.

Healthy ingredients like Wheat flour, Almond flour, Semolina(Suji), Chickpea flour, Coarse wheat flour, Carom seeds, Clarified Butteralt would give it a taste you can't resist trying my recipe.
