These places help preserve dignity even when this person may soon pass away.

As they provide this service, family members can carry on with their lives.Moreover, our IDG- Interdisciplinary Group team is responsible for the development and review of the beneficiary’s plan of care.

The IDG consists of the following hospice employees: MD, RN, MSW, Pastor, or office counselor.
