Verify Use TLS 1.0 settings Firstly, close Quickbooks desktop then opens the internet explorer browser.Now click on tools and select the Internet options icon then click on the advanced tab.After that click on advanced settings and locate ‘use TLS 1.0’  options then verify use tls 1.0 is checked and verify use tls 1.1 and 1.2 are not checked.Now click on Ok and close the window then close Internet Explorer.Now reboot your computer and after restarting open QuickBooks Desktop again.Now try to download the update again.
