HP printers, like the printing devices from other brands, have a tendency of showing ‘HP printer paper jam error but no paper jam’ issue all of a sudden.

It happens when a piece of paper gets stuck either in the input tray of the output tray of a printer.Are you facing this issue with your HP printer?

If yes, then perform the following steps to get rid of the problem.Take out the jammed paper from the input tray: Turn on the printing machine and take out the power cord from the backside without powering off the machine.

Now attach the power cord and see if you are able to get a print.

If not, then proceed to the next step.Take out jammed paper from the output tray: Power off your HP printer and detach the power cord form it thereafter.

If you do not get prints after trying out this step, go to the next one.Check the printer roller for any junk and remove it: Switch off your printer, detach the power cord and hold the input tray in a vertical position.
