Kementerian Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) telah mendatangkan dua alat tes polymerase chain reaction (PCR) MangNA Pure 96 produksi Roche, Swiss untuk mendeteksi virus corona Covid-19 akhir pekan lalu.
Kedua alat tersebut akan dipergunakan untuk mengekstraksi RNA secara otomatis dengan kapasitas 1000 tes per hari.Selain itu, pemerintah juga mendatangkan 18 Lightcycler yang merupakan detektor PCR dengan kapasitas 500 tes per hari.
Dengan demikian, pemerintah bisa melakukan tes sebanyak 5.000 sampai 10.000 per harinya jika seluruh alat tersebut telah terpasang.
