Best Restaurants in London That You Must Visit

Saying that London has a lively food scene isn’t an exaggeration. The city is full of world-class restaurants proudly sitting on lists of the best places to eat. London is known for its beauty, its great-flavored style, and its variety of eateries.

And with so many chefs taking inspiration from their international journeys around the globe, you can find almost any cuisine here, from Austrian to Australian, from Middle Europe to the Middle East. Chinese food comes with regional specialties, Indian food is now broken down by region, and Polpetto focuses solely on Venetian cuisine. London has got all kinds of flavors!

So if you're searching for something that reminds you of a holiday you've been on, a country you've been born into, or something you've never done before, chances are you're going to find it in London. There are styles, sizes, and shapes to match all palettes, from large birthday meals to romantic restaurants. Just dive into this guide, and you will explore the best restaurants!

Mama Cass

Mama Cass was established in 1983, and it is one of our favorite restaurants. The restaurant offers delicious Nigerian meals prepared with the utmost care. Mama Cass produces meals that meet the highest international standards due to their commitment. The typical meals they deliver will undoubtedly satisfy your taste buds because they never fail to understand and fulfill their customers' needs.

Through serving home-cooked meals, they maintain their cultural traditions and beliefs and aim to provide each of their clients with the best possible experience.

Circolo Popolare

There's a reason for hungry customers queue around Circolo's block – Big Mamma Group's second restaurant knows how to make Italian grub.

You're going to feel like you've entered an old-school Sicilian trattoria, and you (and every other guest)'re going to want it to Instagram. You'll probably want the perfect crockery, lemon pie with mile-high meringue, and pizza meter to Instagram as well.

And don't forget to try out the wickedly delicious cocktails. They are heavenly in taste!

By the way, if you are not in a mood to go out for dinner. You can enjoy the delicious meal of Circolo Popolare, delivered with AtYourTime.

Yosma

Yosma is awesome. Opened in 2016, it has become a modern classic, taking over an enormous space on Baker Street and making it feel comfortable and buzzy, with Turkish sharing plates coming out of the open kitchen quickly and flavourful.

Inspired by the Istanbul food, the food is spicy and exciting, as fragrant as you would expect to find in the streets around a souk. Make sure you have the calamari, almost crumbly like pie, flaky, and rich in its batter. Grain salads come spotted with pomegranates, blueberries, green zest slivers. A coal fire produces glistening lamb chops, sauces that need to slick through with oily flatbread.

Yosma has little corners, so it's perfect as a date eatery or is large enough for birthday parties to be seated. The meal is intended to be greedily devoured from every plate, forkful. And, you know, it is enjoyable.

Romulo Café

Opened in 2016, the eatery of Rowena Romulo brings to the Kensington crowds philippine dishes such as kare-kare, sisig, and favorite of Meghan Markle, chicken adobo.

Here's the thing: Whenever we visit this restaurant, they never disappoint – whether it's their delicious food or outstanding ambiance.

The name of the game is exchanging plates, but the parts are not disappointing. The char-grilled stuffed squid, cured tuna ceviche, and the braised beef were our highlight dishes. In reality, get two of those stuffed squids. You wouldn't ever want to share.

Lantana

Australian café chain Lantana makes the best coffee. (Antipodeans just get it right, you know?) but they have just started to open as Shindig at Lantana in the evenings. The menu is based upon the beautifully disintegrating American deep south-baby back pork ribs, beef cheeks, collard greens. The key lime pie-clean, tangy, sweet-is the perfect finish to a casual, friendly supper.

You can even get it delivered at your doorstep with the secure food delivery services of AtYourTime.

Japes

If your thing is simple melt-in-your-mouth pizza, make Japes your next pit stop. This is true deep-dish Chicago pizza, brought to the doorstep of Soho instead of the thin crusts of Italy.

Baked in a deep oven, the pizza gives it its characteristically high edge, leaving plenty of space for cheese (but wait, it gets better). Japes' pot-pie pizzas are made in a ramekin overlaid with dough and baked like a pie until they are upturned to expose the melted mozzarella topping (told you it got better).

And if there is a room in your tummy, tuck into one of the Japes' signature waffle desserts, which are directly from an American diner.

Chicago, we can't thank you enough for this.

Caffe Caldesi

Caffe Caldesi in Marylebone has been a stalwart of the food scene for years, but the launch of the new Venice cookbook (Hardie Grant) has reinvigorated its Italian flavours. Expect typically Italian fare along with more flavored Persian-inspired and tasty, sticky doughnuts filled with oozing custard.

84 West

84 West is the Luxurious Afro-Fusion Restaurant & Bar in the trendy and prosperous Cricklewood neighborhood of North West London. It is a benchmarked Afro-fusion restaurant and late weekend lounge where people can enjoy exotic cuisine and entertainment, all in a lively and comfortable atmosphere.

Wahaca

Wahaca, the Mexican store, which bursts with chili notes and tequila tops, is hard to blame. The food is affordable, the interiors are lively, and the workers seem to be having a good time. Also expected to be a success is the new brunch menu, featuring crispy baked eggs and almond milk smoothies.

Kulu Kulu

You might be walking past the unassuming exterior-and interior-of Kulu Kulu Kulu conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but they've spent much more time on the food than their design. All the favourites are here, from teriyaki to salmon rolls, but made fresh, sold cheaply, and tasted utterly authentic.
